This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Wholesale Pallet Liquidation (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Service area

We primarily ship pallets and truckloads within the United States.
Some locations (remote areas, islands, limited‑access points) may not be serviceable or may require additional surcharges.

For questions about delivery to your location, contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment is received and cleared.
Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory location, and freight scheduling; business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping methods and carriers

All pallets and truckloads are shipped via LTL or truckload freight carriers selected by us based on destination, size, and cost.
Smaller items (if offered) may ship via parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and tracking details will be provided by email once available from the carrier.

4. Freight Delivery Requirements

Because we ship pallets and truckloads, the following conditions apply:

  • The buyer is responsible for providing a commercial address or a suitable location for freight delivery.
  • A loading dock, forklift, or pallet jack is strongly recommended for unloading; lift‑gate service may be available for an additional fee at eligible locations.
  • The buyer must ensure that trucks can safely access the delivery address (space, clearance, road conditions, etc.).

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to access issues, incorrect address, or missed appointments, the buyer may be responsible for re‑delivery, storage, or return freight fees charged by the carrier.

5. Shipping costs, surcharges, and taxes

Most pallet shipments within our standard US service area are charged a flat freight rate of 150 USD per pallet, unless otherwise stated on the product page or by custom quote.
Additional charges (lift‑gate, residential delivery, limited access, appointment fees, inside delivery) may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility if requested or required.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility according to local laws.

6. Delivery appointments and transit times

Many freight shipments require a delivery appointment; the carrier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only, so delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or other factors are outside our control and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by shipping delays (e.g., lost sales, missed events).

7. Inspection at delivery and damage reporting

To protect both you and us in case of freight damage:

  • Inspect the shipment upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If you see visible damage to the pallet(s) or packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL and take clear photos and/or videos.
  • For concealed damage discovered after delivery, keep all packaging and take photos.

All shipping damage or major shipping errors must be reported to us:

  • Within 24 hours for visible damage or wrong pallets.
  • Within 48 hours for concealed damage.

Report issues to: [insert support email], including your order number, photos, and a description of the problem; our evaluation and possible resolutions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.ameritradingliquidations

8. Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the shipment is picked up by the carrier from our facility or partner warehouse, subject to carrier claims for damage in transit.ameritradingliquidations
We will assist in filing freight claims where applicable, but compensation is not guaranteed.viatrading

9. Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to buyer‑related issues (incorrect address, no receiver, unpaid surcharges, etc.), the buyer may be responsible for round‑trip freight, storage, and handling fees charged by the carrier.
Any decision to reship or refund (if possible) is at our sole discretion and will exclude non‑recoverable freight and fees.

10. Pickup options (if offered)

If local pickup is available at our warehouse or a partner facility:

  • Pickup times and address details will be scheduled after payment is confirmed.
  • The buyer is responsible for bringing appropriate vehicles and equipment to safely load the pallets.
  • Risk of loss transfers at the time of pickup.
