2. Eligibility & business use

  • Our Services are intended primarily for business customers, resellers, wholesalers, and organizations, not end consumers.
  • By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.

Some consumer protection rules may not apply to B2B transactions.

3. Account registration & security

  • You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false details or misuse the site.

4. Product listings & availability

  • We sell liquidation pallets and truckloads that may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and salvage goods.
  • Product descriptions, photos, and manifests (when provided) are for guidance only and may not perfectly match the actual contents or condition of each pallet.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct errors in listings, pricing, or availability at any time.

5. Pricing, payment & taxes

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
  • Accepted payment methods currently include wire transfer, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle; additional methods may be added or removed over time.
  • Payment must clear before orders are processed or shipped.
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or local fees based on your shipping address and local regulations.

We reserve the right to request additional verification or refuse orders we suspect of fraud or misuse.

6. Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • As a summary, pallets and truckloads are shipped via freight carriers within the United States, usually with:
    • Order processing in 2–4 business days after payment clears.
    • A flat freight rate of 150 USD per pallet for eligible US locations, plus any applicable surcharges (residential, lift‑gate, limited access, etc.).
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the shipment, subject to any valid freight claim.

You are responsible for providing a suitable delivery location, unloading arrangements, and timely inspection at delivery.

7. Condition & grading – AS‑IS liquidation

  • All goods are sold AS‑IS / WHERE‑IS with no standard returns or warranties, as described in our Condition & Grading Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
  • Condition grades (New/Overstock, Shelf Pulls, Customer Returns, Mixed, Salvage) are guidelines only and do not guarantee the performance or resale value of individual items.

By purchasing from us, you accept the risks inherent in liquidation inventory, including potential defects, missing parts, unsellable items, and variability in resale prices.

8. Returns, refunds & cancellations

  • Our Return & Refund Policy governs any returns, refunds, and claims. In general, all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund, except for limited cases such as verified shipping damage or major shipping errors reported within the required timeframes.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and the order is being processed, unless we agree in writing at our sole discretion.

Any approved refunds or credits will be issued according to our policies and may exclude shipping and non‑recoverable costs.

9. Chargebacks & disputes

  • By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for issues covered by the AS‑IS nature of liquidation sales and our policies.
  • If you believe there is fraud, non‑delivery, or a major error, you must contact us first and allow us to investigate.
  • Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, collections, and legal action where permitted.

  • All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, design, etc.) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Our website may contain links to third‑party sites or services (e.g., carriers, payment providers, social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
  • Your use of any third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms or any other policy.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including misuse of branded goods on external marketplaces).

14. Brand & trademark disclaimer

All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the origin of the products.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles, unless otherwise required by law.
